Explore vibrant eateries and parks just steps away!
During my recent stay, I was thrilled to discover that I was just a few steps from fantastic dining options like Star Ginger and Kru, making it super easy to grab delicious meals after a day of exploring. Plus, the beautiful McKinley Park is less than a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying nature. I loved being right next to downtown, where I could access a variety of nightlife and attractions, including the California State Indian Museum, which is just over half a mile away. The hotel itself offered basic accommodations and convenience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and upkeep.

I couldn’t believe the state of the room. It was filthy—stains everywhere, a broken AC that looked like a fire hazard, and a toilet that hadn’t been flushed. I was honestly worried about my kids sleeping there. What a nightmare!

Cheap hotel with accommodating and consistently courteous stuff at the reception desk. Carpeted rooms with a flatscreen and blnd curtain, for example, marvellous location. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including eggs and hot waffles.
As for me, the area was really noisy.

Recommend it for couples!
The hotel had a vintage look outside, but inside was modern and super clean. The bed? Oh man, it was so comfy, perfect for our honeymoon vibes.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but I’d say it was still reasonable for what we got.

The initial price seemed appealing, but that quickly unraveled. The room reeked of smoke, despite clear no-smoking signs. Staff were aware but unresponsive. Cleanliness was a major concern; I discovered blood stains, cockroaches, and hair on linens. Not suitable for a family, especially with kids. The area felt unsafe at night, compounded by poor security and noisy renovations. Desperately needed repairs to furniture and appliances were evident. Parking was convenient, but that was the only redeeming quality. After this experience, I suggest looking elsewhere for a legitimate, comfortable place to stay. Priorities need to shift towards guest safety and cleanliness. This establishment has significant room for improvement.

The TV was pretty big and so was the bed.
It's pretty cool to go to the famous Motel 6.

The room was spacious, which was a plus. cleanliness was a significant issue; there were stains on the carpet and an unflushed toilet upon arrival. The bed felt outdated with a noticeable dip in the middle. I noticed the air conditioning unit looked precarious and unclean, leading to concerns about safety. Sadly, I encountered multiple roaches during my stay, which made the experience uncomfortable. The TV didn’t function properly, and the missing smoke alarm raised serious safety concerns. the amenities fell short of expectations, impacting the comfort level significantly.

The room met the expectations and it was all very clean.
I was a little far away and breakfast wasn't what I expected.
